The following summarizes the agreement between BrightRay Publishing and you as a BrightRay Ambassador.

Role of Ambassador 

You refer individuals who may desire to utilize BrightRay’s all-inclusive book publishing service.

Role of BrightRay

We compensate you for the prospects you refer who agree to purchase our all-inclusive book publishing service.

Compensation

You earn $1,000 once the first month’s payment is made by your referral and another $1,000 once their book is published. All payments are completed via Stripe, our secure payment service, or if you prefer, we can make a donation in your name to the charity of your choice. Lastly, if an individual elects other BrightRay services, we’ll adjust your earnings accordingly.

Enrollment of Ambassador 

Please submit, and then remain current, with the following information: your name, address, email address, phone number, ACH or PayPal information. (Upon your first payment, you will need to submit an IRS Form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification.) We will notify your acceptance into the program via email.

Promotional Activities and Materials

You’re not required to promote and market BrightRay. But if you would like, we can provide you with a variety of marketing resources. We ask that you not send Spam nor place any type of paid advertisement. However, we do suggest that you promote our services through your own social media postings and website and include your QR code. Lastly, while you may utilize our marketing materials, we don’t grant you any ownership interest in our trademarks or any of our other intellectual property rights. 

Referral of Prospects

To refer a prospect you simply email them your unique QR code or URL which will direct them to your unique registration landing page.  From here they can schedule a discovery call with one of our publishing consultants.  Otherwise, you can submit their information on your page and we’ll contact them, per your recommendation.  Please note that utilizing your landing page is the only method to receive credit for your referrals. For tracking purposes, we cannot accept referrals in any other manner such as email, phone calls or text messages.

Qualification of Prospects

Since the Ambassador Program is aimed at new prospects, we’ll verify that the prospect is not a current client who has been presented with a formal proposal of services in the preceding six months, and has not already been registered by another Ambassador.

Relationship

Since we are independent from each other, you’re not  eligible for any employee benefits, nor will BrightRay make any tax deductions from payments made to you.

Limited Liability

Neither of us is liable to the other, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages pertaining to the scope of this agreement.

Commencement and Termination

This agreement commences upon BrightRay’s acceptance of your enrollment application. Either of us may terminate this agreement at any time by providing notice via mail or email. You will receive payment for twelve months for any referrals enrolled prior to the termination.
