Mike has co-founded and served as managing partner of RSM Marketing, spearheading two company acquisitions. Formerly the CEO of a Wichita, Kansas ad agency, Mike is also a retired Marine Corps lieutenant colonel who served as a public affairs officer in NYC, the Pentagon, and NORAD, leading media relations in the aftermath of 9/11. He holds an MA in Marketing Communication from the University of Kansas and taught strategic marketing at Newman University’s MBA program.

For 20 years, Bruce worked in the world’s largest advertising agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi, Chiat/Day, and DDB Worldwide. He managed regional offices for large advertising agencies in Southeast Asia before returning to Wichita to raise his family and lead RSM. He hired Mike as a partner, and after doubling revenues, left to become Director of the Global Brand at Invista, where he worked with Charles Koch. He later became VP of sales for a medical records software company, sold to a French conglomerate, and started the marketing firm with Mike.
