About the Book

Coach Mike Holloway’s career is filled with accolades, but when he stands on the sidelines at a track meet, he’s cool, calm, and collected. His success isn’t about groundbreaking techniques—it’s rooted in his experiences and the people who have shaped his life. From his mother serving hard truths to formative coworkers and the drive to provide for his children, Mike has overcome tough circumstances with grit, hard work, and faith.

Coach Holloway’s book reminds readers that everyone’s path is different, but with proper motivation and a flexible plan, anything is achievable. Coach won’t hold back: No negativity, no drama, and no pity parties are allowed on the road to success.
